Every new account is eligible for a one-time 14-day Pro trial:

• Automatically reverts to Core when the trial ends
• Subscribe at any time during the trial to keep your Pro features

Upgrading

1. Sign in at nexus-suite.dev/account
2. Go to Subscription
3. Select your new plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual)
4. Complete checkout via Stripe
5. Your new features are available immediately

Upgrades from Pro to Studio are prorated — you're credited for the remaining days on your current plan.

Downgrading

1. Go to nexus-suite.dev/account → Subscription
2. Select the lower plan
3. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
4. You retain access to your current features until then

Cancellation

1. Go to nexus-suite.dev/account → Subscription
2. Click Cancel Subscription
3. Access is retained until the end of the current billing period
4. After that, your account reverts to the free Core tier

You can always return to Core — all your local data, skills, and configuration remain intact.

Billing FAQ

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing? Yes. Go to your subscription settings and select the new billing cycle. Changes take effect at the next billing date.

What happens to my sync data if I downgrade? Your encrypted sync data is retained for 30 days after downgrading. If you re-subscribe within that window, your data is restored. After 30 days, sync data is permanently deleted.

Do you offer refunds? Contact support@nexus-suite.dev within 14 days of a charge for a full refund.
